Milica Vukotic received a BA in Economics from the University of Belgrade, and MA in International Economics, Finance, and Business from the Brandeis University in Boston. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Montenegro.
Presently she is Dean of the Faculty for Information Systems and Technologies at the University of Donja Gorica.
Milica Vukotic is a member of the Board of the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services.
Furthermore, she is a member of the “Mont Pelerin Society”, a prestigious classical liberty society founded by Friedrich Hayek.
