PhD in Economics Sciences (University of Málaga) and Profesor Titular (retired) of Fundamentos del Análisis Económico. Teacher of Regional Economics, Macroeconomics, and International Economics. Main Research Areas: Input-Output Analysis and Regional Accounts, Regional Economics, and Tourism. Member of the Executive Board in the Spanish Association of Regional Economics and Observatorio Económico de Andalucía (President 2007-2011) and columnist in Grupo Joly Journals. Has been Responsible for the Area of Regional Economics in ESECA (Studies Society of Andalusian Saving Banks), General Manager in Fundación Centra, and General Manager in Tourism Departments and Institutional Relations of Junta de Andalucía (1986-2004).
