Marcin Matczak is an associate professor at the University of Warsaw and a partner in DZP, one of the largest Polish law firms. His academic interests cover legal theory and legal philosophy. His publications include articles and books on theories of legal interpretation, judicial reasoning and judicial formalism, with special focus on the application of philosophy of language in legal philosophy.
Marcin specialises in pharmaceutical and biotechnology law, administrative law, advertising law, medical law, anti-trust law and regulatory advisory. Marcin has many years’ experience in advising the pharmaceutical sector on, inter alia, issues involving reimbursement, distribution, registration and advertising. He advises local authorities, pharmaceutical firms, pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers.
